Jennifer, the same thing is going on with my blog with trying to upload photos. I can get to the pop up to load and all options there are available to load except the BROWSE button where I woul dnormally go for the photo! Gggrrrr!!! I use Internet Explorer as my internet provider and I'm hearing that it's not that compatable with blogspot.
If I find the solution I'll let you know and if you find one, please let me know. thanks!
